We need very little to get started. The detail comes out in the survey.

Where you're moving from (Peckham SE15? or one of the surrounding postcodes? roughly is fine)
Where you're going (France / Italy / Spain / Portugal — even just the country at first)
Roughly when (target month, even loose)
Rough scale — studio / 1-bed / 2-bed / full-house / partial-load
Anything specific — a studio kit, a piano, a pet you need a referral for, a tight school-year date

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time. Weekend messages get a reply on the next working day. The survey diary is usually open within a working day or two of an enquiry.
